I must say that customer service is pretty solid. Cuthbert Automotive was able to give me a courtesy car while my car was in repair. It was also pleasant to talk with Ian as he was able to educate me on what goes into the job. Even though there were few minor mistakes done on the job, nevertheless they still took the responsibility in resolving the matter. I really appreciate not only their customer service but also their accountability for their work.
If another accident occurs in the future, I will be back again as it is nice to do business with Cuthbert Automotive. 🙂 Thank you so much for the time you have taken to repair my car.
