This was the first time I had to use a panel repairer in 30 years & I was more than sceptical, been a fastidious person I noted my concerns in an email to Cuthbert’s prior to leaving my vehicle, I needn’t have worried. The entire process was stress free, all that was required of myself was to drop the car off. The car was repaired to show room condition & returned within the time line I was quoted. Nothing was too much trouble, I found the staff including the receptionist, Kate, very professional & knowledgeable, a totally faultless experience, highly recommended, many thanks to all involved.
