The first time I took my car to Greame Cuthbert Auto I not only received first class service and care, but my car was cleaned inside and out and I also received a beautiful bunch of flowers (lovely surprise)! When my car was hit again ! I took it straight back to Graeme Cuthbert in Box Hill and I received the same first class service. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs their car repaired!

My car was really difficult to get parts for but the guys at Graeme Cuthberts worked with me to make sure that it got fixed properly without cutting corners or long delays. They did a great job and the no fault no cost service is really awesome! Would recommend.
From the time my car was towed in for repair following an accident, until the time I picked it up again, every detail was taken care of for me by the staff at Graeme Cuthbert Automotive. I received regular updates about the progress of the repair so never had to chase anything up myself. A top quality repair as well, I feel like I’m driving a new car. My visit was through the offender’s insurance so I was advised that I will need to hire a car myself and reimbursed. On the phone call with Graeme Cuthbert they said they will provide me a free loan car! With that great start I went to get my car inspected.
Adrian who inspected and taken care of me through the whole process had an excellent attention to detail. Myself as an engineer in automotive industry was impressed how thoroughly he looked for all the damages. After he inspected, he went through a little explanation on what will be next and what happens behind the scene so that I would not wait blindly.
They provided me status upsate as well as text messages saying that my car was almost ready for pick up. After I had a confirmation phone call, I went to pick up my perfectly repaired shinny car!
Here is the last highlight on my experience with them. For your pick up, they prepare a bunch of beautiful flowers and a bag full of presents! They absolutely know how to take care of the customers and the cars!! ♡
